No, I read IdolNinja's article, and know there is no option of layered clothing pieces. I would hope they at least added new clothes, tattoos, etc. He might have just meant in regards to options, like different layers. Steve has said in interviews that there are new tattoos though, so this either happened in a later build after I played, or I misunderstood him. The reason I didn't was that I started creating my character and I asked Steve about character creation changes and he told me flat out that it was the same as SRTT other than the voice pitch slider.
In the build you saw, how deep was the customization with hair and clothes and tattoos? I know that clothes work like SR3, but how many options are there? Are the tattoos more like SR2 or SR3?
